THE RESTRUCTURING:
Given the fact that we are a young guild, we have reached some turbulent times as of late, and thru this vehicle, we have come to see a very bright future ahead. Since STRIKE's inception, our plans have been to recruit as many max-level Bleeding Hollow Horde as humanly possible. These plans came to fruition. The immediate coming together of such a large group (over 160 members), has afforded us to get to know quite some amazing individuals who have luckily become part of our core team. We have welcomed everyone into STRIKE and have laid down our mission and ground-rules upfront of being a professional PvP Premade & PvE Raiding guild. Unfortunately, some of the 160+ initial members, actually most, did not share our same goals, ambitions, group cohesion, maturity level, and overall desire to function as a group, largely based on a varying range of age differences within the organization. We identified these issues and have restructured the guild accordingly.

PLANS FOR A BRIGHTER FUTURE:
Our plans for a brighter future include our focus on PvE raid progression and PvP premades. We still have our eyes and hearts focused on going after the Lich King or any other end-game boss that Blizzard may wish to throw our way.

In the past weeks, STRIKE has been putting together some exciting events that have been turning faces and capturing the eyes of talented guilds and players. We have met quite some wonderful and interesting individuals. We have had many offers to merge together with other guilds, but we as an organization have elected to remain committed to the synergetic core that we as a group have established. We have led strikes on Alliance cities, as well as put together old-world raids, such as Black Temple, for those players who unfortunately have not had an opportunity to witness any end-game content that they may have wanted to see, but did not have a group to go with. We are also being asked to lead raids on Mount Hyjal and Sunwell Plateau, and we are happy to do it.

This is a little demanding as we have learned in constantly taking new groups, because even though we recognize that most of us are at the maximum level of 80, which is ten levels above what these raids were designed for, these raids are difficult because they are all about sustained dedication to strategies brought together under team cohesion, and synchronization. So passing the flame on to new-coming groups and individuals is quite the challenge as players may be interchanged ten times during a boss fight due to real-life events. So these facts have led us to have nothing but praise and admiration for those guilds, teams, and organizations who worked together under extreme pressure in order to tackle these raids at level 70. Soon enough, STRIKE will be among the ranks of these groups.

So, for those who wish to see the content, our commitment to these individuals is allowing us to grow in size with an abundance of talent as well as grow in popularity. We have acquired some amazing talent solely from our first Black Temple run. We are also being constantly asked to join other guilds in raiding and co-leading new-world raids such as 25-Man Heroic Naxxramas, Vault of Archavon, Obsidian Sanctum, etc…

All these facets put together spell success for STRIKE, as well as a bright future to come. We welcome anyone to join our events team and have fun in them, whether you wish to be part of our guild or not, you are most welcomed.
